If you need to return something: Please send an email or call us between 9AM-5PM, Pacific Standard Time, at: 1 (503) 322-3224 within 7 days of receiving your order for authorization on a return. We will accept authorized returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in their original packaging. If damage should occur during shipping keep the cardboard box, products and packing materials and submit a claim to the carrier.

The Myrtlewood Factory Outlet uses USPS for most shipping within the United States, in some cases we may substitute FedEx or UPS. All orders will ship within 5 to 7 business days except for special orders. These items can take 2-3 weeks. In addition, allow 2 to 5 days for shipping transit time. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping charges for US packages are calculated by size and weight.
